Pre-Launch Checklist

Review Creative

Confirm selected images are correct and on-brand.Check:

  • Product is clearly visible
  • No unwanted artifacts or errors

Verify Targeting

Check audience settings match your target customers.Review:
  • Age range
  • Location
  • Interests

Confirm Budget

Review daily/lifetime spend and duration.Verify:
  • Budget amount is correct
  • Duration matches your goals
  • Platform allocation is set

Connect Account

Ensure Meta or Google Ads account is connected.Required:
  • Valid payment method
  • Ad account in good standing
  • Proper permissions

Launch

Click Launch to submit your campaign.

Launch Confirmation

After clicking Launch:
  1. Campaign submitted - Your campaign is sent to the ad platform
  2. Review period - Platform reviews your ads (typically 24 hours for Meta)
  3. Approval - Once approved, ads start delivering
  4. Monitoring - Track performance in your ad platform dashboard
Aventor creates the campaign but does not manage ongoing optimization. Use Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads for performance monitoring and adjustments.

Review Requirements

Meta Ads Review

Meta reviews all ads for:
  • Policy compliance
  • Image quality
  • Text-to-image ratio (for some placements)
  • Landing page quality
  • Misleading claims
  • Prohibited content
  • Poor landing page experience
  • Excessive text in images
Most ads are reviewed within 24 hours. Complex cases may take longer.
Google Ads integration coming soon. Review requirements will be documented when available.

After Launch

Monitoring

Track your campaign in:
  • Meta Ads Manager - For Facebook/Instagram campaigns
  • Google Ads Dashboard - For Google campaigns (coming soon)

Key Metrics

  • Impressions - How many times your ad was shown
  • Reach - Unique people who saw your ad
  • Clicks - Actions taken on your ad
  • CTR - Click-through rate
  • Conversions - Completed goals

Optimization

Let campaigns run for at least 3-7 days before making major changes. Algorithms need time to optimize delivery.

Troubleshooting

Meta reviews typically complete within 24 hours. If longer, check for policy warnings in Ads Manager.
Common causes: low budget, narrow audience, billing issues. Check your Ads Manager for specific warnings.
Try different creatives, adjust targeting, or increase budget. A/B test to find what works.
