Why Upload Assets?
Uploading your brand assets helps Aventor create more accurate, on-brand ads:- Logos appear correctly in generated images
- Products are featured as the hero element
- Style references guide the visual aesthetic

Uploading Assets
Assign Role
Select the asset role from the dropdown:
- Logo - Will be placed in a corner of generated images
- Product - Will be the hero/focal point
- Style Reference - AI will match the visual style
- Document - For brand guidelines (text extraction only)

- Placed in a clean corner with appropriate padding
- Logo shape, colors, and proportions are preserved
- Only text in your logo appears in the image
- One primary logo per profile
Product
Product
- Featured as the hero element in compositions
- Product geometry and proportions are preserved
- AI creates complementary backgrounds and scenes
- Multiple products supported
Style Reference
Style Reference
- AI matches lighting, color grading, and mood
- Affects aesthetic treatment, not brand identity
- Great for maintaining visual consistency
- One style reference recommended
Document
Document
- PDF text is extracted for brand context
- Used to inform generation prompts
- Not sent to image generation AI
- Great for brand guidelines
Managing Assets
Assets are saved to your profile and persist across sessions. To manage assets:- Go to Dashboard > Assets tab
- View all uploaded assets by profile
- Delete or re-assign roles as needed
Only image assets (not PDFs) are sent to the image generation AI. PDFs are used to extract brand context for the generation prompt.
Session Toggles
For each session, you can include or exclude specific assets:- Check/uncheck assets in the session panel
- Unchecked assets won’t be used for that session
- Your preferences persist for the session
- Original assets remain in your profile
